Dr R. Chithra has been an educator for the last two decades and she started her career in teaching at Queen Mary’s College, Chennai as a guest faculty in the Department of Botany. Later she moved to Bangalore and joined the fraternity of teachers at the National Public School, Koramangala.
In 2015, she joined the TISB TRAINING ACADEMY, BANGALORE and has been a master trainer for all NPS schools. Her academic qualifications include a doctorate degree in Botany from the University of Madras, a Diploma in Teaching and Learning from Cambridge University and postgraduate certification in International Education from Nottingham University.
Currently, she works as a consultant academic mentor at Gnan Srishti School of Excellence, Bangalore.
She is also a passionate Carnatic musician, performer and teacher.
